Linguistic Immersion Programme in English – Making a Film about Vigo

Vigo: the Spanish view

10.00 – Meet at the EOI with Owain (English assistant)

10.00 – 11.00 – Research tourist and historical information about Vigo, decide on the most important places to visit within the town and what to say about them in the film, and collect video equipment

11.00 – 13.00 – Travel round Vigo, stopping at each of the tourist spots we decided on earlier to film. At each site we will record one or two students talking about its importance in terms of local history and tourism and / or its importance to them personally

13.00 – Take the boat across to Cangas

13.30 – 15.00 – Filming at tourist sites in and around Cangas

15.00 – 16.30 – Lunch in a restaurant in Cangas

16.30 – 17.00 – Last opportunity to film

17.00 – Take the boat back to Vigo and head back up to the E.O.I.

18.00 – Assemble and edit the film to make a complete presentation

19.00 – Finish
